Update: The new Site Map is finished.

As you all may know, the DA portion of Dreyrull is down. All the images that were tied to Stryde's account have gone into storage. Over the next few weeks we'll be updating that, so all Aershaa can be seen on the site. Pardon our dust!

An adoption bazaar containing 9 characters is now open in the Den of the Ancients

Personality: Distant, brooding, dark, stoic... seems to have a pathological inability to smile. He does have a soft spot for young ones of almost any race; humans... well, he tries to not hold their origin race against them. His cold expression, with a hint of torment and anguish hidden in his eyes, softens ever so slightly when he is around them.

History:
Long story short, Darkhart's older brother lost his sense of self and, in a bloodwrath-fueled rampage, slew their younger sister. Before the eldest son could further slay anyone else, Darkhart was forced to slay his own brother. His mother wept, a frail enough figure already. The loss of her children caused her to waste away in mourning. The father, in his grief, rejected the only family he had left. Darkhart removed himself from society, shunning contact with anyone. Tormented with grief and guilt, he wandered the eastern half of the drey. To further his own misery, the Sundering shook the Drey, rending even the sky. Taking shelter where he could, when he could, he soon chanced upon a group of runaway Furr and Aershaa. Tossing his preference for solitude aside, he aided the group in their flight as best he could during the turbulent time. As soon as the drey settled, the liberated group tried to gather their senses and take stock of any damages. All for naught, for soon a retrieval party fell upon them. With a roar, Darkhart picked up his battle axe and swung it into the mob, the bloodwrath almost consuming him. Fleeing while fighting, the group found themselves backed against a mist-choked forest. Afraid of what lay within, they feared the worst when suddenly a form burst from the fog and barrelled into the fray. Both sides caught off guard by the sudden emergence of the Aershaa, the fleeing party dashed within the forest while Darkhart and the Aerkin held the retrieval group at bay. Vanishing into the mist as soon as there was a gap in the fighting, Darkhart found himself keeping pace with the strange Aershaa. Her figure slight, it was as if, in his eyes, the mist itself had solidified to give the fleeing Furr and Aershaa a savior.
Darkhart stayed with the group and helped them to form the Order of the Hidden Mist. A temple complex was built to house their rapidly-swelling ranks as more runaways found refuge within the forest. The Aershaa, some reverted, some rescuers, formed the Hidden Mist Pack. The Order and pack became close allies, a few rare Bonds forming within the ranks.
Darkhart, too restless to stay in one place for too long, roamed the forest. Some restless souls like himself traveled with him, establishing outposts along the way. Every now and then, the mist-born Aershaa joined him. He soon discovered her alias, for her name was hidden by time as his was by pain. Every time he heard news that Xantara had been sighted, he was waiting for her by the ancient ruins with food and drink ready.[edit_reason]Tektek glitch fixed.[/edit_reason]
