Update: The new Site Map is finished. --------------------------------------------------- As you all may know, the DA portion of Dreyrull is down. All the images that were tied to Stryde's account have gone into storage. Over the next few weeks we'll be updating that, so all Aershaa can be seen on the site. Pardon our dust! --------------------------------------------------- An adoption bazaar containing 9 characters is now open in the Den of the Ancients ------------------------------------------------------- |

![]() Characters I'm stuck... is there a newbie guide? Why, yes, there is! How do I get a character? What can I name my character? Every race, every species, every subspecies, and every breed has its own naming system depending on their own personal culture. The DreyWiki can point you in the right direction. Search the type of character you're looking to know more about, and look for the naming section. What kind of powers can they have? Well, not every race in Dreyrull is magical. That is, again, something you'll want to consult the Wiki on. The races that are magical are limited to one or two elements - we keep it so that no one is all-powerful here. Can I direct link to my cert? We prefer you to save and host your own. Can I mate two of my own characters? Well, yes and no. We at Dreyrull feel that takes a lot of the fun and challenge out of getting a mated pair, and is unfair to those who had to seek out the perfect partner. However, it is allowed under two circumstances. 1. If the two are mated, but are not planning to have pups, or are too old to have pups. 2. If you pay for all the pups via RL money. Note: Breeding is currently closed. Role Playing How often do I have to post in an RP? We ask that you are courteous to your fellow RPers. If you get involved in an RP, try to post weekly. A player that takes too long on a reply, at the discretion of the other RP members, can be ejected from the story, and the RP can continue without them. Is RP the only option I have to get a character here? In terms of obtaining a character, you do need to write. However, once you've written their initial profile, you have the option of becoming an art-only member and drawing an image once every 2 months to protect your character instead of writing / roleplaying once every 2 months. What if I don't have a certed character yet? Then you have no requirement to post here! Can I play characters from other worlds here? You can bring in your own characters, however they have to be shaped and re-written to fit our world. So say you have an anthropomorphic dragon character. You could either port them into Dreyrull as a Dravaren or turn them into some type of aershaa. You can keep their personality, but they're no longer from whatever world they originated - their story is re-written. Think of it like a parallel universe. What kind of creatures are here? The animals in Dreyrull are player-created. Dreyrull has a mixture of animals from Earth, hybridized Earth-like animals (Cowgoats, Badgermice, etc), and original Dreyrullian creatures (Rikkita). You can use a creature you find in the wiki, or you can create your own and submit it for approval. What kind of plants are here? Same story as creatures. What kind of creatures are sentient here? Only humans, furrs, Lekkir, and Aershaa are sentient. Arguably, familiars, guardians, and companions have a sentience to them - they say familiars become more intelligent from their connection with Draians. Guardians are fully sentient. Companions are on par with real-world "smart animals". Using Zetaboards - General Forum Questions How do I edit my signature? You can either use the dropdown menu at the top and mouse over Control Panel > Edit Signature, or you can click your name on the top left, mouse over Profile Options, and go to Edit Signature from there. How do I subscribe to a thread? At the bottom of every topic, there is a link that says Track Topic. Click it! This came link is also available at the bottom of every forum, so you can follow entire forums as well. Where do I view my thread subscriptions? Click "Control Panel" in the header menu without clicking anything in the dropdown that pops up. It will take you to your personal home screen, and there you can view your thread subscriptions in the long, center panel. Can I get my topic moved? Absolutely! Just ask one of the admins: John Freeman, Rei, or Friv. I see a section for a journal link in my profile, but when I put in the link, it doesn't link. Why? In the Journal section of your profile, you have to link it like you would in the rest of the forum with BBCode. [ URL=http://linktomyjournal.com]My Amazing Journal![/URL ] It's a good idea to title it as your journal is titled, but if it's a ridiculously long title, keep it short and sweet. I want to do something specific with BBCode, but don't know how... Go here! Edited by rei-azalia, Jan 14 2016, 08:39 AM.
